Grapes: 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache Noir, 10% Carignan.

Vinfication: Traditional vinification with early bottling.

Tasting note: A deep pink coloured wine with strawberry and grapefruit aromas and notes of boiled sweets. Round on the attack, it's a thirst-quenching wine that's well-balanced, fresh and persistant.
