Grapes: 60% Muscat à Petits Grains, 40% Muscat d'Alexandrie.
Vinification: Maceration with skin contact, pneumatic pressing, tempertature-controlled fermentation.
Tasting note: A bright and pale yellow wine with aromas of fresh grapes, yellow peaches and pears. This enjoyable wine can be served as an aperitif with foie gras, or with a dessert, and it goes well with cheeses, particularly blue cheeses like Roquefort.
