Cuvée Guillem  

 

 

Grapes: 40% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 30% Carignan.

Vinification: 28-day traditional maceration, pneumatic pressing and maturing in air-conditioned cellar.

Tasting note: A deep garnet coloured wine with aromas of red fruits and spices, with a velvety and fruity sensation in the mouth. This terroir wine, with its aromatic bouquet, goes perfectly with red meats and cheese plates. To be served chambré or slightly chilled.
