Grapes: 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache Noir, 10% old Carignan.
Vinification: 100% traditional maceration in vats. Finishing in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months.
Tasting notes: A deep garnet and violet coloured wine with complex, spicy aromas and notes of vanilla and over-ripe red fruits.
Fleshy, well-structured and full bodied, this wine goes wonderfully with red meats, game, and cheeses.
Serve between 16 and 18°C.
